Col Rajeev Sahni

A seasoned professional with an impressive track record spanning over 40 years in HRM and Training, Col Rajeev brings a wealth of experience. During his 23-year tenure in the Army, he had the privilege of undertaking numerous training assignments, including serving as an instructor at the SFF Academy (Certified Trainer). He was instrumental in designing and organizing customized training & development programs for about 1250 Officers and other Ranks. His commitment to excellence led him to complete an HR Certification from MDI, Gurgaon. As Vice President HR for approximately 2 years at an Events Company, he not only established robust HR Processes but also managed all facets of HR.

In 2008 he Co-founded an HR Company, Ybrant People Manpower and Consulting Pvt. Ltd., as Co-Founder and Director and has been heading the Temp Staffing, Admin & Finance Verticals and supporting the Training & Talent Acquisition Verticals of the Company since inception. His strategic initiatives have consistently contributed to the Company’s growth.

Col Rajeev is an empaneled Training Faculty at Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Sciences for PF Commissioners (formerly known as NATRSS). He has been conducting Sessions on Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs), Personal Financial Planning, Retirement Financial Planning, Career Transition, Life After Retirement, etc. at NATRSS, Various PSUs, and Army Establishments.

Lt Col Shivnandan Singh (Retd)

Lt Col Shivnandan Singh (retd) is an accomplished strategic HR professional with rich and diverse experience of 40 years in the Indian Army and the corporate sector. He served 23 years in the Army before taking premature retirement in 2006. During his service in the army, he was assigned with various command & Staff assignments and participated in various operations undertaken by Indian army. He also served with Army Training Command and was closely related to Human Resource Development for achieving high motivation level the army personnel. While in army he graduated from prestigious Defence Services Staff College and was awarded M.Sc. in Defence studies. He also holds the distinction of successfully completing the Long Gunnery Staff Course, qualifying as Instructor in Gunnery.

On leaving the armed forces, he took up a full-time certification course in Strategic HR from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India. He specialized in Strategic human resource to include Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & entrepreneurship as core subjects. After completion of Management studies, he was picked up to head the HR function in an Experiential Marketing Company as AVP (HR) from June 2006 to Oct 2008. As a Head HR, he was catalyst in establishing entire gamut of HR functions including Performance Management System in the organization.

In Oct 2008 he in partnership, promoted an HR company, Ybrant People Manpower and Consulting Pvt. Ltd., as Co-Founder / Director and has been on leadership role in growing the company in L& D , Talent Acquisition and HR domain since inception. During last 18 years he has been conducting workshops on Leadership, Behavioral Skills & Motivation for various corporates , Govt sector , Para military forces & PSUs.
