Individual exchange during training day to verify Job Description veracity and if necessary pinpoint and analyse non-matching aspects (actions, movements, procedures, forms, tools and PPE)
STEP THREE :
Redact and aggregate JCR (Job Confirmation Report) together with suggested corrections and SOP modifications.
